Overnight Bircher Muesli

Take your overnight oats to the next level! Super easy Bircher Muesli breakfast prep that is gluten free and dairy free. Eat just by itself or in a bowl topped off with your favorite fruit!

Bircher Muesli Bowls

Makes 8 cups

INGREDIENTS

3 cups thick rolled oats

4 cups almond milk. I like the Califa brand

1/2 golden raisins, craisins, or dried cherries

3 Tbsp chia seeds

3 apples, peeled and grated

Cinnamon and a drizzle of mape syrup

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a bowl, combine well, place 1 cup of muesli in a 1/2 pint mason jar. Refrigarate overnight.
