Peanut Butter Bites

These tasty peanut butter bites make a great snack!  Only 4 ingredients. They’re  gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free.

INGREDIENTS

Makes about 20 1 ounce balls

2 cups organic thick rolled oats

1 cup creamy organic peanut butter

1/2 cup  coconut sugar

1 Tbsp coconut oil

1 Tbsp  vanilla

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands until well combined. Roll into balls and enjoy!

Keep refrigerated.
