Join our Fitness and Pilates Fusion classes.  Each class is a low impact full-body workout.  Using Pilates principles we will be working on posture, mobility, balance, core and overall body strength. Small props such as resistance bands, mini fit ball, and Pilates ring will be used to provide more resistance and challenge, as well as support and stability.
