If you are looking to improve your overall strength, athleticism, mobility, be empowered and feel amazing, I am here to help! Your personal training program design is extremely important. I will listen to you and address your individual goals and needs. Together we will work as a team to help you achieve your goals.
1:1 Personal Training can be done in-person at my home gym/pilates studio in Draper/Suncrest UT, or thru live zoom sessions using equipment you already have in your house!
My training approach is to blend strength training and Pilates. I concentrate on the fundamentals and mastering of the basics. I firmly believe that building a strong foundation is key to progress and longevity in fitness.
